Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed, the customer may cancel the order; however, no cash or monetary refund will be provided for the amount already paid.
Instead, the full amount paid by the customer will be converted into Service Credit. This credit can be used to purchase any other service available on our website in the future.
Example
If a customer has paid $100 for a service and later cancels the order, the $100 will not be refunded. Instead, the customer will receive $100 Service Credit, which can be used toward another service.
Terms & Conditions
- No cash, bank, card, or other monetary refund will be provided after order confirmation.
- The amount paid will be retained as Service Credit for future service purchases.
- The Service Credit can only be used for services offered by us.
- If the price of the new service is higher than the available credit, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the price of the new service is lower than the available credit, the remaining balance may be retained as Service Credit for future use, subject to our applicable terms.
- Service Credit is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the company.
- By placing and confirming an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
In short: No monetary refund will be issued after order confirmation. The amount paid will instead be available as Service Credit for another service of equal or higher value.
